Once a customer's covered appliance or household system breaks down, she simply calls AHS on our 24-hour, toll-free service line or sends a service request via the Internet. An AHS customer service representative will take the service request and dispatch the work order to a local, pre-screened service technician. The service technician will contact the customer during normal business hours to schedule a mutually convenient appointment time.
