  • When negotiating your asking price, make sure there is clear communication between what the buyer is expecting to gain in the sales transaction. Do they expect you to include closing costs, specific repairs, or any other fees in the price? Don't paint yourself into a corner because you weren't clear on what your asking price includes. You could lose a sale if you aren't clear from the beginning.
