Homeowner Tips for Common Home Repairs
You can resolve many common household problems without calling AHS to bring in a professional. The following tips will help you to understand when to call AHS and when you can avoid a trade service fee by easily correcting the problem yourself:
A/C problems:
Is water leaking into your walls or ceiling? Does the A/C unit constantly cycle on and off? Your A/C doesn't get cool enough?
Possible solutions.
Furnace problems:
There is no heat at all? Your rooms aren't warm enough? Soot collects in your house?
Possible solutions.
Washer/Dryer problems:
Washing machine won't run? Washing machine doesn't fill with water? Dryer drum turns, but nothing gets dry?

Water Heater problems:
There is no hot water? The hot water supply is too low?
